Gardner and Gardner Properties, also known as G&G Management, has been handling the day-to-day operations of residential income properties since 1980.

We take the hassle out of owning property, customizing our services to meet the individual needs of our clients. Tenant satisfaction is also very important to us. It is one of our goals to provide quality rentals and excellent service. We do our best to quickly respond to tenant issues and concerns. We have built a vast network of vendors and service oriented professionals who are honest, competent, and committed to providing the same level of service we are dedicated to. Our real estate brokerage also provides free access to other rental listings on the MLS if we don't have a listing that meets the criteria of qualified prospects.

Owner Associations

Our property management team also provides services for Home Owner Associations (HOA's) and Commercial Owner Associations. We understand that each association is different and provide a flexible range of services. Whether it be accounting, administration, maintenance or a combination of the three, we have the resources to tackle the needs of most any association.
